Zahari will not be forced, bullied, or persuaded to give a refund by any demand other than that which is stated in Australian Consumer Law.
Each item is protected with a cardboard lining to ensure the package is not bent and to prevent damages.
We service worldwide since 2011 and have taken special consideration in the packaging of our products.
Any damage that occurs with Australia Post, Zahari is not responsible for replacement of the item.
The customer’s responsibility is to:

Ensure suited files, names, sizes are correct.
Personal details are accurate and correct, this includes name, address and email address.
Consider the time frame of your order to arrive before your event.
Several postal options are available to you for your budget in mind.
Zahari is not responsible for delayed mail, transit delays or any other impact that is beyond our control as delivery is organized with Australia post.
If you believe you have a refund claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Photo documentation is required if the product is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
