Proof of Design

All personalised digital designs include one (1) complimentary proof prior to final file release.
Clients are entitled to:
• One (1) minor revision after the initial proof. Any additional revisions beyond the included revision will incur a revision fee, charged per change.
Please ensure all spelling, dates, names, and details are carefully checked when submitting your order, as multiple changes may result in additional charges.
Final files will only be released once approval is received.

Personal Use

Our digital edible icing image files are intended for personal use and your own small business baking projects only.
You may use them to decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other baked goods for:
• Yourself
• Family and friends
• Your own small baking business

No Resale or Redistribution

You may not:
• Resell or share the digital file in any format
• Upload the file to websites, marketplaces, groups, or social media for distribution
• Forward or give the file to others
• Sell edible icing sheets printed from this design
• Modify or alter the design for resale
• Claim the artwork as your own

All designs remain the intellectual property of Zahari
We kindly ask that you respect the creativity and work that goes into each design so they remain exclusive to our valued customers.
Access to files may be revoked if misuse is identified.

Once an order has been placed your file will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Due to the wide variety of edible printers, inks, and icing sheets available, we are unable to provide specific printer setup or troubleshooting support.

We recommend referring to your printer manual or manufacturer guidance for best results.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.
